1. Scope & Contact Channels

This section governs the use of all communication tools available on LouiseElite.agency (“the Site”): contact forms, WhatsApp redirect button, mailing list subscription forms (Email & SMS), and access to the dedicated channel via QR Code. Use of these tools implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The publication of this text is not solely a legal requirement. It explains how the communication channels we use to provide you with information work, the conditions under which we use them, and how, through these channels, we are fully committed to maintaining your privacy.

2. Definition

Mailing list/newsletter : Service for sending emails to a list of subscribers, managed here via the address "newsletters@LJEventExperience.com" for reasons of discretion.
SMS : Text messages sent to your mobile phone number, signed "LJEE" (abbreviation for "LJ Event Experience").
UTM : Acronyme pour « Urchin Tracking Module », des paramètres ajoutés aux URL pour suivre les performances des campagnes marketing (ex. : source, média). Ici, ils sont exclus des notifications push pour préserver la confidentialité.
Blog post : Article published on the Website to explain an event or update, accessible via a link in each communication.

3. Registration for services

Registration for the mailing list and for receiving short information SMS messages is done via their respective forms on the current page of the Site (the "Contact" page).
Information published on the "Louise Elite" WhatsApp channel does not require registration or identification. You can follow the channel or not, without affecting your ability to view new posts. While registration is required, the channel is freely accessible to the public.

4. Information dissemination and partner ecosystem

Project & Brand Support: The animation of these information flows can be relayed under the label LJEventExperience, partner entity and owner of the Louise Elite™brand, ensuring editorial distribution and event concierge service. Subscribers recognize the complementarity of this ecosystem.

Newsletter & SMS Communications: Subscriptions to mailing lists (operated via the secure services EmailOctopus and ClickSend) are exclusively for the purpose of information relating to publications, news and blog articles.

Your telephone and email details will never be sold, let or used for any purpose other than sending these notifications.

Mailing list: Emails are sent from "newsletters@LJEventExperience.com". Each message contains a shortened link to a blog post on the Site, without revealing the full domain name (LouiseElite.agency) for reasons of discretion.
SMS: Messages signed ‘LJEE’ are sent for the same purpose, containing a shortened link (belonging to the ‘LJEE.news’ domain or that of the service provider: ClickSend) to the corresponding blog post. These are sent sporadically and are linked to new posts.
The information appearing on the WhatsApp channel simply needs to be viewed on that channel from a mobile phone or from the WhatsApp desktop application for both Mac and Windows. Alternatively, in the WhatsApp application, under the "Channels" tab (at the top right of the application window), you will find suggested channels and those to which you may be subscribed. Next to the channel list, if one of the channels you subscribe to has published content since you last checked, a green dot will appear. Subsequently, in the channel list, the logo of the channel(s) you subscribe to is circled in green to indicate that a new post is waiting for you to read (in this case, the one from "Louise Elite").

5. User obligations and options

You agree to provide accurate information (email address, telephone number if applicable) and not to use these services for illegal or malicious purposes.
If you have decided to follow the WhatsApp channel, simply unfollow it to stop receiving notifications about its editorial updates.

6. Rights and responsibilities of Louise Elite™

Louise Elite™ is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or modify these services without prior notice, if necessary for technical or legal reasons. However, in such cases, a notice will be published to inform users of the Website.
The content sent (links, messages) remains the property of LouiseElite.agency and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorisation.
We reserve the right not to respond to anonymous, incomplete messages, or messages that do not respect basic rules of courtesy.
Sending a message via the form or WhatsApp does not constitute an automatic booking or a contractual commitment. All services are subject to formal confirmation by our team.

7. Disclaimer

LouiseElite.agency is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues (e.g. server failure, blocking by your provider) or errors in the data provided.
Text messages are sent for informational purposes only and do not guarantee an immediate response or availability.

8. Protection of Personal Data (LPD / GDPR)

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) and the GDPR:

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data upon request.
For SMS and email communications, an unsubscribe link or automatic unsubscribe procedure is accessible at any time in each message sent. Specifically regarding SMS messages, by replying to any SMS sent by us with the single message "STOP," your phone number will be blocked by the server, which will then no longer send you messages from us.
The use of our channels for unsolicited marketing, intrusion or abuse will result in the sender being blocked immediately.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any changes will be notified via all of the aforementioned communication channels, with a link to the updated version.
