Schedule management
The Louise Elite™ agency manages Louise’s schedule. Appointments between 1 and 4 pm can be booked on this page, below. Lea can help you with Louise’s availability and, if necessary, book an appointment for you
Personal contact
The contacts already established with Louise will be maintained and managed by her in order to preserve the warm approach that characterises her personally, in accordance with the wishes of those concerned.
Travel conditions
En raison d’une très forte demande sur Bruxelles-Capitale, la plupart des rendez-vous sont assurés intra-muros par Louise. Les déplacements se font en taxi, pris en charge par nos soins dans la limite des trajets de trente minutes au maximum, sans que vous ayez besoin de vous en soucier.
Néanmoins, tous les trajets en taxi de plus de trente minutes effectives seront à votre charge pour tous les rendez-vous.
Travel by train and plane
You are responsible for the cost of train and plane tickets, as well as accommodation expenses. The same applies to any taxi fares from the station or airport to the meeting point and back.
Travel time to and from the appointment vs. minimum appointment time
- Journeys of less than 1 hour: minimum appointment time of 1 hour.
- Travel time of 1 to 2 hours: minimum appointment time of 3 hours.
- Travel time of 2 to 3 hours: minimum appointment time of 4 hours.
- Travel time of 3 to 5 hours: minimum appointment time of 6 hours.
- Travel time of 5 to 6 hours: minimum appointment time of 8 hours.
- Travel time of 6 to 8 hours: minimum 12 hours of appointments.
- Travel time from 8 to 16 hours: minimum 18 hours of appointment time.
- Travel times exceeding 16 hours: minimum appointment time of 24 hours.
Terms of payment
Payments cannot (yet) be made on this page. However, they must be made no later than the time of the meeting, by bank transfer (instant if possible) credit or debit card use or cash (except for deposits, which must obviously be paid prior to the meeting).
Payment of your deposit must be made, in all cases, AFTER the firm and final appointment hab been made (you will have 24 hours from the time of the appointment to make the payment). If paying by card, the reference appearing on your account statement will be "LJ Event Experience" or "LJEE".

Remember to:
- Make a note of your appointment so you don't forget it.
- Confirm your appointment one or two days before it takes place.
- Pay a deposit (if required), which will secure the slot allocated to you.
- Provide a meeting address as soon as possible.
- Notify us of any changes to the programme (date, time, location, conditions, requirements, etc.).
Booking schedule
The schedule below allows you to automatically book Louise in BRUSSELS-CAPITAL and the surrounding area for 1 to 4 hours. For longer bookings, outside Brussels or with specific requirements, please contact us directly in writing via the WhatsApp button opposite (we will not answer if you do not have a telephone appointment with Louise in person). We will then plan your appointment for you, with you, throughout the process.
ATTENTION : If you contact us directly for a simple appointment lasting between one and four hours, you will be redirected to the form below. So you might as well use it if you are looking to book such an appointment. Either way, using this schedule, you will be contacted shortly. It can also give you an idea of Louise's availability in the short, medium and long term thanks to the calendar, which is updated in real time.
In the event of a WhatsApp message from you
Please ensure you have browsed the website or consulted LEa, its virtual assistant, to familiarise yourself with the various rules that apply when making a booking request.
All messages such as "hi bb rates" and others such as "hi hru" or "€?" will be systematically discarded and blocked. Only messages constructed with complete and courteous sentences will be processed.
Make a note of your appointment in your diary, in one way or another, to ensure you do not forget it. Any appointment missed without prior notice will result in you being permanently blacklisted.
In the event that you cannot find any available slots
This table shows you the possibilities available in Louise's schedule. In some cases, adjustments may be possible if she agrees or if the situation allows (possibility of rescheduling certain other more flexible obligations or special hours).
In this case, please contact us directly and ask us whether such an exceptional arrangement is possible.
When making an appointment, please enter your first and last name. We remind you of the strict confidentiality policy applicable to Louise's clients and the strict application of professional secrecy (enhanced confidentiality agreement) applicable to the professional services provided by Louise and the mediation we undertake between her and you.
You can choose to enter your telephone number and/or WhatsApp number, or your email address, or both. If neither field is filled in, we will be unable to contact you and your request will be rejected and cancelled.
Weekly availability
As standard (i.e. excluding negotiated agreements or special cases), Louise travels to clients:
Tuesday to Saturday,
from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Meeting place
ATTENTION : Louise does not do incalls. She only travels. Please arrange a meeting place, whether it be outdoors or at your home.

Deposit
The deposit should ideally be paid within 24 hours of confirming your appointment. If payment or proof of payment has not been received within 24 hours, the appointment will be kept but the relevant slot will be marked as "available" for another booking until payment is received.
