Refund & Deposit Policy
These terms exclusively govern the refund of reservation guarantees (deposits) paid in advance. As companionship fees are finalized during the encounter, they are not subject to any subsequent refund. However, reservation guarantees follow strict, bilateral rules.
General rule
The guarantee deposit secures the privatization of Louise's schedule and the locking of logistical resources. As such, it is not subject to a refund, unless by mutual agreement under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation by the Client
- In accordance with the update to our Cancellation Policy dated July 30, 2026 : The deposit is retained in full by Maison Louise Elite™ as a guarantee against the exclusive reservation of the appointment, in accordance with Swiss law.
The only exception allowing for a full refund to the client is cancellation for medical reasons, documented by a certificate signed by a medical doctor, unless the client is a physician, whether practicing or not.
- In the event of an immediate rescheduling following a cancellation : By mutual agreement, the initial deposit is transferred to the new date without any additional fees.
- In accordance with the update to our Cancellation Policy dated July 30, 2026 : The deposit is retained in full by Maison Louise Elite™ as a guarantee against the exclusive reservation of the appointment, in accordance with Swiss law.
Cancellation by the Maison Louise Elite™
Should an event of force majeure compel Louise to cancel an appointment, the guarantee deposit paid by the client will be fully and immediately refunded on the day of the announcement (excluding standard bank processing times).
