Refund & Deposit Policy
These terms exclusively govern the refund of reservation guarantees (deposits) paid in advance. As companionship fees are finalized during the encounter, they are not subject to any subsequent refund. However, reservation guarantees follow strict, bilateral rules.
General rule
The guarantee deposit secures the privatization of Louise's schedule and the locking of logistical resources. As such, it is not subject to a refund, unless by mutual agreement under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation by the Client
- Conformément à la mise à jour de notre Cancellation Policy en date du 30 juillet 2026 : La dotation de garantie (acompte) est intégralement conservée par la Maison Louise Elite™ au titre de l’immobilisation exclusive de l’agenda, conformément au droit belge et helvétique.
La seule exception consentant à sa restitution intégrale au client est l’annulation pour raison médicale, documentée par une attestation signée par un professionnel de santé doté d’un doctorat en médecine, excepté si le client est lui-même médecin, en exercice ou non.
- En cas de report immédiat suite à annulation : By mutual agreement, the initial deposit is transferred to the new date without any additional fees.

Cancellation by the Maison Louise Elite™
Should an event of force majeure compel Louise to cancel an appointment, the guarantee deposit paid by the client will be fully and immediately refunded on the day of the announcement (excluding standard bank processing times).
