We noticed that sometimes Lea simply wouldn't answer the visitor's question. She would remain silent, despite the obvious insistence on getting a response. So we decided to change our AI model. We had already tested several and opted for Google's AI, albeit an advanced version. An AI never leaves itself without an answer. It's fundamentally impossible for it. There must be some kind of incompatibility somewhere between the operational mode of the related AI ​​and the modus operandi of the chatbot as an agent function.

We have therefore decided to switch to ChatGPT version 5. This model will cost us more in credits, but should ensure a better conversational experience.
