Due to a very high volume of calls, Louise is no longer answering the telephone, except in very exceptional circumstances, and only when an appointment has been made to do so.
Alix, Louise's AI assistant, will soon be taking charge of appointments lasting more than four hours, in writing on WhatsApp, and will forward them to Louise for processing at the specified date and time. Telephone appointments that are more than 10 minutes late will be rejected.
Please note : if your number is not stored in Louise's mobile phone, it will not ring when you call.

Communication channels
Despite the sensitivity of the situation, particularly with regard to the imperative need for enhanced confidentiality, Louise was keen to ensure smooth and discreet communication about her latest news with her close contacts who wished to follow developments relating to her projects, ambitions, rants, advice, etc.
We have therefore worked tirelessly to further strengthen the conditions for this confidentiality, in accordance with the context that requires it (the means employed are not those that would be necessary for the security of an intelligence service, of course). When properly managed, this communication has no chance of betraying the intention behind one transmission channel or another, as they have been configured with the intention of protecting the anonymity and reputation of the recipients of this sensitive communication. We monitor its relevance on a daily basis.

Nous ne serons plus en mesure de délivrer de factures non plus dès le 1ᵉʳ juillet prochain. La décision est cette fois définitive et sans appel. LJ EventExperience fermera ses portes, au contraire du site LouiseElite.agency qui, lui, poursuivra son aventure avec Louise à sa tête. The publication of this text is not solely a legal requirement. It explains how the communication channels we use to provide you with information work, the conditions under which we use them, and how, through these channels, we are fully committed to maintaining your privacy.
1. Definition
- Mailing list/newsletter : Service for sending emails to a list of subscribers, managed here via the address "newsletters@LJEventExperience.com" for reasons of discretion.
- SMS : Text messages sent to your mobile phone number, signed "LJEE" (abbreviation for "LJ Event Experience").
- Web push notifications : Alerts sent directly to your device (computer or mobile) via your web browser, once you have given your consent. These notifications inform you of updates to the Website without requiring you to actively visit it.
- UTM : Acronym for "Urchin Tracking Module", parameters added to URLs to track the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g. source, media). Here, they are excluded from push notifications to preserve confidentiality.
- TTL (Time To Live) : The lifespan of a push notification, limited here to 3 days, after which it expires if not opened.
- Blog post : Article published on the Website to explain an event or update, accessible via a link in each communication.
2. Registration for services
- You can subscribe to the mailing list by filling in a form on the current page of the Website (the "Contact" page). This is optional and does not require your explicit consent.
- You can register to receive short information text messages using the same form, providing a telephone number where you would like to receive these messages. Without this number, you will not be registered for this channel.
- Push notifications require explicit authorisation via your browser when you first visit the site or via the settings, which can be accessed by clicking on the white bell on a grey blue background at the bottom right of each page of the site.
- The information published on the WhatsApp channel "Louise Elite" does not require you to register with identification. You can follow the channel or not, without affecting your ability to view new posts. Registration is required in principle, but the channel is open to the public.
3. How communications work
- Mailing list: Emails are sent from "newsletters@LJEventExperience.com". Each message contains a shortened link to a blog post on the Site, without revealing the full domain name (LouiseElite.agency) for reasons of discretion.
- SMS: Messages signed ‘LJEE’ are sent for the same purpose, containing a shortened link (belonging to the ‘LJEE.news’ domain or that of the service provider: ClickSend) to the corresponding blog post. These are sent sporadically and are linked to new posts.
- Web push notifications: These alerts display the text ‘There’s something new on L.E.agency’ (where ‘L.E.’ refers to LouiseElite, again for the sake of discretion). They appear no more than once a day, with a TTL of 3 days. No UTM parameters are included to protect your privacy.
- The information appearing on the WhatsApp channel simply needs to be viewed on that channel from a mobile phone or from the WhatsApp desktop application for both Mac and Windows. Alternatively, in the WhatsApp application, under the "Channels" tab (at the top right of the application window), you will find suggested channels and those to which you may be subscribed. Next to the channel list, if one of the channels you subscribe to has published content since you last checked, a green dot will appear. Subsequently, in the channel list, the logo of the channel(s) you subscribe to is circled in green to indicate that a new post is waiting for you to read (in this case, the one from "Louise Elite").
4. User obligations and options
- You agree to provide accurate information (email address, telephone number if applicable) and not to use these services for illegal or malicious purposes.
- You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via an unsubscribe link included in each message.
- You can unsubscribe from receiving SMS messages by replying to any SMS sent by us with the word "STOP" as the only message. This will block your telephone number at the server level, which will then no longer send you any messages from us.
- For push notifications, change your preferences in your browser settings (or by clicking on the white bell icon).
- If you have decided to follow the WhatsApp channel, simply unfollow it to stop receiving notifications about its editorial updates.
5. Rights and responsibilities of Louise Elite™
- Louise Elite™ is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend or modify these services without prior notice, if necessary for technical or legal reasons. However, in such cases, a notice will be published to inform users of the Website.
- The content sent (links, messages) remains the property of LouiseElite.agency and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorisation.
6. Disclaimer
- LouiseElite.agency is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues (e.g. server failure, blocking by your provider) or errors in the data provided.
- Push notifications or text messages are sent for informational purposes only and do not guarantee an immediate response or availability.
