Resumption of communication
After days of battling with Meta (the company that owns WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to release the old number used to contact Louise (+32 465 45 57 57), which is now obsolete, a release that was supposed to allow Alix to be installed, after the Brevo account used to send newsletters was blocked, SMS messages (which had not been sent since last October) and push notifications, we had to completely redefine the server settings and other systems in order to restore communication with Louise's contacts. Technicians from Event Horizon Nexus AI Ltd., the company entrusted with the entire project, had to intervene on the server to install a new emailing system, a new SMS sending system and, finally, a new push notification system, as they were present on LouiseElite.com.
Nous pouvons dès lors reprendre notre politique de communication discrète auprès de nos abonnés, à peu près dans les mêmes conditions, mais assortie de moyens de protection renforçant la sécurité des systèmes et la confidentialité des abonnés.
Alix, see you soon?
For optimal strategic reasons, it would be wise to wait until Meta's purge system first releases the old number, as no one can, knows how to, or has authorisation to intervene manually. However, if the wait is prolonged, we will proceed with the implementation regardless. All that is required is to configure the installation settings, which will take two or three hours of work and waiting for system validation, and Alix will be operational. In the meantime, the agency service and Louise herself will share the processing of incoming messages on the new WhatsApp number: +32 478 11 38 70.
What about the recent number +32 466 04 29 91?
This number was sold by Proximus as a prepaid number. The number assigned to the SIM card was already the current +32 478 11 38 70, but only responded to the number 0 466 04 29 91, which belongs to the communications company Lyca, which is technically "impossible" according to Proximus. And yet the fact remains. Unable to receive text messages, no account validation was possible via this number, leading to the temporary disappearance of Louise's account on the "Red Lights" platform, among other inconveniences. This SIM card therefore had to be deactivated in favour of another, identified by the current number (0 478 11 38 70). It's a tall tale, coupled with profound technological inconsistencies that will serve as a textbook case, but it is very real.
The number 0 466 has therefore been permanently discontinued. Currently, only the following number remains: +32 478 11 38 70, at least until Alix appeared...
What about sending text messages?
The sending of short messages is currently subject to a technical constraint that means we can only send short messages to Belgium and Belgium alone. We currently have a maximum credit of 1,000 messages, configured according to this setting. Once this credit has been used up, all destinations will be possible, including France, the United States, Canada, Egypt and, of course, Belgium.
Nevertheless, for the time being, we are forced to limit ourselves to sending text messages exclusively in Belgium, which nevertheless represents the majority of our contacts on the subscriber lists, at around 98%.
Conclusion
This is the current situation. It has been resolved and agency services will be able to resume as normal on the new WhatsApp number dedicated to contacting our services or Louis herself.
As we previously announced, the LouiseElite.com website will soon be discontinued, leaving only this one (LouiseElite.agency). The last relevant information from the .com website will be migrated to a page representing Louise's personal profile, and ultimately, the .com website will permanently redirect to the .agency website.
