Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can occur for many reasons, ranging from the worst to the best. On the service provider side, cancellations will be as rare as possible. When they do occur, it will generally be for health reasons. Reliability is one of Louise's professional pillars and therefore also central to her reputation. It is also important to note that Louise systematically assesses the reliability of her clients before, during and after appointments with them. Furthermore, after three cancellations or postponements, your appointment requests will no longer be accepted.
Client-side cancellation
If the agreed appointment is cancelled by the client more than twenty-one days before the appointment date, the deposit paid will be refunded in full. If this cancellation occurs less than twenty-one days before the appointment date, the deposit will be retained, either for a future appointment to be scheduled, or irrevocably, whether or not the cancelled appointment is followed by a new appointment, at the discretion of the service provider. If an agreement can be reached immediately to simply reschedule an appointment that cannot be kept by the client, the deposit paid will be retained for one calendar month (unless otherwise negotiated) for the appointment postponed from the previous date to the next, without requiring a new deposit to be paid.
Cancellation by the service provider
If the agreed appointment is cancelled by the service provider, for whatever reason, the deposit paid by the customer will be refunded in full on the day the customer is notified of the cancellation, at the latest between twenty-four and seventy-two hours after this notification (plus interbank transfer time in the case of non-instant transactions).
Cancellation during an appointment
This extreme measure (statistically very unlikely, but necessarily due, in this case, to an error in customer profiling on our part) may be taken if Louise observes a clear violation of the " Gentleman's Rules (or Code) ". In this specific case, cancellation would only occur if one or more of these violations were repeated during the same appointment, despite Louise's express request to stop, or in the event of a categorical refusal by the client to comply. These violations are as follows:
- Spit on Louise, anywhere on her.
- Biting or nibbling her (no practice of any kind will require the use of teeth in any way or for any reason).
- Hitting her, whether on the bottom, face or any other part of the body. Raising a hand to her in any way will not be tolerated.
- Pull her by the hair (we are no longer in the Stone Age).
- Refusing to comply with her hygiene requirements.
- Having long and/or unkempt nails, which are likely to injure the mucous membranes.
In the event of cancellation during an appointment, the legal grounds invoked by us will be breach of contract due to the customer's failure to comply with the established and duly accepted contractual terms.
