Cancellation & Standard of Conduct Policy

Reliability is the cornerstone of Maison Louise Elite™’s reputation. To preserve the exclusivity of our schedule and ensure mutual respect, every invitation is subject to meticulous attention to detail, before, during and after the meeting.

A note on etiquette : After three consecutive cancellations or rescheduling requests, the House reserves the right to permanently revoke access to our services for the individual involved.

Cancellation by the Client

With effect from 30 July 2026, the booking deposit (advance payment) will be retained in full by Maison Louise Elite™ to secure the exclusive reservation of the appointment slot, in accordance with Belgian and Swiss law. In the event of immediate agreement to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to the new date in the event of a single rescheduling per appointment (valid for one calendar month from the date the cancellation is announced).

The only exception under which a full refund will be granted to the customer is cancellation on medical grounds, supported by a certificate signed by a healthcare professional holding a doctorate in medicine, unless the customer is themselves a doctor, whether practising or not.

Cancellation by the Maison Louise Elite™

Should an event of force majeure (major health requirement) compel Louise to cancel an engagement, the guarantee deposit will be fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours (excluding standard bank processing times).
 

Mid-Encounter Termination for Cause (Exceptional Measure)

In accordance with our Gentleman's Code, the art of the encounter relies on absolute reciprocity and refinement. Louise reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate an ongoing encounter in the event of a distinct breach of the accepted contractual terms.
 
This exceptional measure takes effect immediately, without prior notice or following a single unheeded warning, under the following circumstances:
 
    • Breach of physical and bodily integrity : Any act of roughness, coercion, biting, or inappropriate use of physical force, regardless of nature or justification.
    • Failure to meet hygiene and grooming standards : Refusal to comply with the House’s preparation rituals in accordance with the basic but mandatory procedure or neglected grooming likely to compromise health, safety and mucosal comfort.

 
In the event of termination for cause, the contract is immediately dissolved to the exclusive detriment of the client. The entirety of the fees originally agreed upon for the booking remains fully acquired by the House, without prejudice to further civil remedies.
