Travel conditions
Louise is based in Brussels, but she travels abroad when invitedto do so.
In all circumstances, certain rules apply when she travels.
Taxi journeys
Louise’s journeys within Brussels are by taxi, the cost of which we cover, provided the journeys take less than thirty minutes.
If they exceed thirty minutes, you will be liable for the cost.
Travelling by Train or Plane
You are responsible for the cost of travel tickets (as well as accommodation costs). The same applies to any taxi journeys from the station or airport to the meeting point and vice versa.

Minimum privatization required to accommodate travel parameters
Local and Regional Radius → Short Formats
- Brussels and surrounding areas < 60 mins:1-hour available.
- Wallonia or Flanders (1 to 2 hours): Short format of 3 hours.
- Extended Wallonia/Flanders or border (2 to 3 hours): Short format of 4 hours.
European Border Region → Extended Formats
- Benelux & German border (3 to 5 hours): Extended short format of 6 hours.
- DE - FR - LU - NL (5 to 7 hours): Extended format of 10 hours.
European International Radius & Short-Haul Flights
- 7 to 10 hours: Long format of 14 hours.
- 10 to 16 hours: Stay of 24 hours.
Long-Haul & Worldwide Travel
- Exclusive engagements scheduled in blocks of 24 to 72 hours.
Terms of Payment
Payment for the privatization of Louise's schedule can be made using the usual methods (bank transfer, credit card, and cash). The 20% deposit can be paid using the same methods, except for cash, of course.
For payment of the deposit by credit card, a payment link and/or a QR code will be sent to you upon request.
In the event that you cannot find any available slots
This table shows you the possibilities available in Louise's schedule. In some cases, adjustments may be possible if she agrees or if the situation allows (possibility of rescheduling certain other more flexible obligations or special hours).
In this case, please contact us directly and ask us whether such an exceptional arrangement is possible.
Weekly availability
As standard (i.e. excluding negotiated agreements or special cases), Louise travels to clients:
Tuesday to Saturday,
from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Meeting place
PLEASE NOTE: Louise does not do incalls. She only travels. Please arrange a meeting place, whether it be outdoors or at your home.
